The Onyx Building became the first in Belgium to achieve the WELL Gold Final certification in December 2023. VK architects+engineers, part of Sweco, is assisting Immogra in obtaining this certification through an integrated approach to techniques, stability, fire safety engineering, acoustics, and sustainable design. This ambitious pilot project sets a challenging deadline of just six months per tunnel tube, from start to completion and commissioning. The renovation of the Ring around Brussels is getting closer. Together with De Werkvennootschap, Sweco, within the MoVeR0 consortium, is working on a smoother, safer Ring and a more livable environment.
