The Onyx Building became the first in Belgium to achieve the WELL Gold Final certification in December 2023. VK architects+engineers, part of Sweco, is assisting Immogra in obtaining this certification through an integrated approach to techniques, stability, fire safety engineering, acoustics, and sustainable design. This ambitious pilot project sets a challenging deadline of just six months per tunnel tube, from start to completion and commissioning.
