Sweco acquires the Temco trade fund

Sweco Belgium is continuing its strong growth with the acquisition of the trade fund of Temco, which is an engineering firm from Lummen and a former subsidiary of the parent company Ecophos. The commercial court of Antwerp, department Hasselt, granted its approval following the bankruptcy of the company. Temco mainly provides engineering, maintenance and consulting services to companies in the ferrous/nonferrous, chemical and food sectors. The company also handles medium-sized assignments in the energy and automotive sectors.

Temco was founded in 1994 and operates from Lummen. The company provides high quality engineering services to various industrial sectors. The employees have extensive expertise in engineering disciplines (process, piping, mechanical, E&I, civil, structural), design, project management, procurement and construction supervision.
