The construction of this new head office is in line with a way of working wherein the strictest environmental and energy requirements are observed. In addition to obtaining the certificates, it is also the intention to develop a sustainable building that meets the ecological, economic, aesthetic and social expectations of the customer.
The project includes the implementation of a STES system ('Seasonal Thermal Energy Storage'): this system is based on the seasonal storage capacity of the energy emitted by the heat pumps.
Total assignment for the design of the technical installations and the monitoring thereof: HVAC, electricity, lifting equipment, sanitary facilities, EPB reporting.
