Our team of architects, Arteum Architects, guarantees genuine architecture. We don’t only ensure that the design just looks good. The building also has to be liveable, must meet the technical requirements, fit into the surroundings and bring about a meaningful experience.
Arteum Architects is capable of being responsible for a complete building project: from urban constructional permit through to architecture from 3D surroundings (Revit / BIM). This is always done in an integrated way and is coordinated with the various engineering disciplines from our engineering firm. The major advantage of this approach is that during the entire construction process, the customer is able to count on one permanent and reliable discussion partner.
Also when the customer works with a third party such as an architect/designer, our team of architects is regularly called upon to support complex design dossiers. Our architects ensure the perfect link between the external architect/designer and our technical specialists. A good communication and collaboration between engineers and architects is, as we know, crucial for the success of a construction project.
Arteum Architects is a completely separate entity within Sweco and is thus always able to act independently for the design and support of construction projects.
