Construction management starts during the design phase by establishing an HSE strategy, a quality plan, a preliminary construction planning and conducting the necessary constructability review meeting, bringing in the experience from the construction team and guaranteeing a safe and easy-to-build installation.
Constructablity is important because a safe and easy to build installation is also an economical and easier to maintain installation.
Sweco will also take care of the information management during construction until mechanical completion and handover.
