Sweco can take care of all necessary permits for industrial plants and buildings. Our energy experts assist our customers in the required energy screening.
In the Flanders area, we can ‘sign’ the ‘building permit’ as an architect and prepare for the environmental permit in the case of an industrial plant. In Wallonia, we are familiar with the ‘Permi unique’ concept.
We can also assist clients with VR reports (safety report for neighbouring facilities) and MER studies (Environmental impact) where applicable.
