As project and contract manager, Sweco manages and coordinates your project and we manage the project team members. We ensure the successful completion of your project, with focus on sustainability and financial feasibility. The activities commence from the design phase and run through to the final delivery.

We look at how your project will be organized, planned, implemented and completed on the basis of Sweco’s methodology. In the start-up phase, we put together a project team and we lay contacts with clients and suppliers in order to clearly define the objectives. This is followed by the planning and implementation of the project. The delivery rounds off the whole with the dismantling of the project team and the finalizing of the after-care.
