Energy is crucial to maintaining a liveable society. Traditional energy sources are finite and have long-term detrimental effects on our health and that of our planet. Decarbonisation<\/a> is one of the top priorities for achieving the climate goals. This means that electrification is a crucial aspect of any future-oriented energy policy. Making maximum use of renewable energy<\/a> sources significantly reduces carbon emissions during the production process. At the same time, carbon also plays an indispensable role in the production of e-fuels, such as hydrogen<\/a> and Power-to-X applications, thanks to Carbon Capture and Utilisation (CCU). These recent innovations are essential to maintain capacity. Although it is crucial to optimise production, transmission and distribution, we must not lose sight of consumption. Sustainable concepts guarantee the optimal use of energy flows. Working in accordance with the full lifecycle<\/a> philosophy, we evaluate energy consumption after commissioning to ensure that energy-efficient solutions yield maximum returns. A circular approach combined with energy exchange integrates residual energy, waste products, water and materials into the energy chain, thereby minimising waste.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
