Impact report and permit process for continued hotel operation
In addition to the preparation of the permit file and supervision of the entire permit process, Sweco also drew up the required impact report for the continued operation of the hotel.
Detailed description of activities and neighbourhood evaluation
A description was given of the activities and of the neighbourhood in this impact report. The potentially inconvenient effects on the surroundings were also evaluated, wherein the specific control measures arising therefrom are further explained and evaluated. Following submission, the file was reviewed favourably by Brussels Living Environment and the hotel.
