Architecture and design
The façades consist of slats in architectural concrete with a 135 cm modulation, combined with anodised aluminium window frames.
- The load-bearing character of the façades creates large column-free spaces.
- The play of shadows from the slats provides a sun-shading function.
- The geometric expression gives the building a distinct identity.
Energy and certification
Prism was designed according to the strictest sustainability criteria and aims for the BREEAM Excellent certification. It meets the current Luxembourg energy standards and makes use of energy-efficient construction and materials.
