For Q8 Belgium, a new office environment was designed in Antwerp with a strong focus on meeting, collaboration and creativity. The design responds to changing expectations of the workplace and creates an attractive, inclusive environment that invites employees to come together at the office once again.A colourful and contemporary interior, flexible workspaces and integrated technology support different ways of working. At the same time, attention to acoustic comfort, wellbeing and ease of use ensures a pleasant working environment that translates Q8 Belgium’s identity and ambitions into the everyday workplace.

The new working environment starts from the needs of employees. Rather than offering one fixed way of working, the design provides a variety of spaces and settings that support concentration, consultation, collaboration and meeting.
The flexible layout makes it possible to adapt the workplace to changing needs. The result is an environment that not only works efficiently, but also allows room for interaction, creativity and spontaneous encounters.
Colour as a carrier of identity
The interior has a distinctive and colourful identity that brings energy and dynamism to the working environment. Colour is used to make different zones recognisable, while also creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
Materials, furniture and lighting have been carefully coordinated. Together, they create an interior that is contemporary and professional, yet also feels warm and accessible.
