With Lighting Dimming, light intensity is automatically adjusted based on occupancy, thus saving energy and increasing comfort. The Environment Management System (EMS) measures and analyzes temperature, humidity, pressure, and particles, ensuring a healthy and comfortable indoor environment at all times.

Sweco integrates fire detection, access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, and gas monitoring into one central system. Automatic monitoring ensures 24/7 safety – essential in sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and industry. The Power Monitoring System (PMS) manages power flows, high- and low-voltage systems, transformers, and UPS installations, while sprinkler systems are continuously monitored.
