The ambition to increase the cycling share of commuting to 30% is being realised at a concrete level in the plans of the transport regions, supported by more than 100 km of new cycling infrastructure within projects like the Oosterweel Link and the Brussels Ring Road. Commissioned by the Department of Mobility and Public Works (MPW), we are developing visions for bicycle paths, public transport-thoroughfares, and accessibility, in the Flemish periphery and the Ghent region.
