This project is part of the renovation and construction of a series of assisted-living dwellings with care and accommodation units, apartments, parking garages, technical areas and communal facilities.
Castle restoration and construction of care homes and flats
- Phase 1: Castle restoration, realization of 38 care rooms, 41 care flats and 6 townhouses (care homes).
- Phase 2: complete new build of 84 care rooms and 14 care flat-penthouses.
- Phase 3: complete new construction of 37 care flats.
Design of technical equipment and monitoring of work: HVAC, electricity, sanitary installations, lifts.
