New Head Office Construction with Environmental Standards
The construction of this new head office is in line with a way of working wherein the strictest environmental and energy requirements are observed. In addition to obtaining the certificates, it is also the intention to develop a sustainable building that meets the ecological, economic, aesthetic, and social expectations of the customer.
Implementation of Seasonal Thermal Energy Storage System
The project includes the implementation of a STES system (‘Seasonal Thermal Energy Storage’): this system is based on the seasonal storage capacity of the energy emitted by the heat pumps.
Design and Monitoring of Technical Installations
Total assignment for the design of the technical installations and the monitoring thereof: HVAC, electricity, lifting equipment, sanitary facilities, EPB reporting.
