In order to continue to provide this quality of care, O.LV. Van Lourdes hospital in Waregem has decided to thoroughly expand its medical services. Sweco Belgium was responsible for the design study and implementation of the stability, the technical equipment and special techniques for the extensions, reconditioning, refurbishing, renovation and new construction of O.LV. Van Lourdes hospital.

In a hospital, the patient is the centre point and he or she deserves the best care in the best possible conditions. Besides the need for a more spacious ward in the day clinic and additional operating theatres and laboratories, there was also a need for additional meeting and conference rooms.
