Put some real power under your solar farm or wind project

We cannot imagine a day without energy. It runs our businesses, heats our homes, and keeps the lights on. Today, that energy increasingly comes from solar and wind power. Good news for your customers, your residents, and the climate. Do you want to contribute to the energy transition as a company, developer, or local authority?

Then you know that developing a PV plant or wind farm requires more than just a good idea. We will help you find the right mix of expertise, vision, and an integrated approach. We accompany your renewable energy project from feasibility study to permit, from tendering to detailed engineering and construction. And because renewable energy also entails challenges, we think about battery storage, grid impact, and smart flexibility.

Get the full potential out of your solar or wind farm

When developing a solar farm, wind farm, or hybrid project, you immediately want to know: is it technically, spatially, and economically feasible? During a feasibility study, we analyse the site based on land registry data, aerial photos, and available plans, among other things. This gives you an estimate of the potential for renewable energy production and consumption and the possible obstacles of the project. In a follow-up phase, we deepen that analysis with detailed screening: we zoom in on grid connections, spatial constraints, and optimisation scenarios for maximum efficiency.

Permits: no headaches, just progress

You want to move forward with your project, but soon run into complex permit procedures. Our team of environmental, energy, and environmental experts guides your permit file (environmental and building permits) and the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). On the one hand, we map effects such as cast shadow, noise, and landscape impact. On the other hand, we take current legislation and additional conditions into account. Consider the Birds Directive areas, nesting sites, air traffic zones, power lines, or roads. Thanks to our local knowledge of the area and stakeholder mapping, we create support and legal certainty for your project.

To detailed design and implementation

The detailed design and execution start after the permit has been issued. Opt for an integrated approach with a single point of contact for all disciplines. This is how you achieve synergies and efficiency gains. Our teams provide soil testing, foundation engineering, medium-voltage and high-voltage connections, road works, landscape integration, project management, and construction supervision. We act as the owner’s engineer or contractor’s engineer, depending on your role. Finally, we also carry out technical Due Diligences for renewable energy projects.

Thinking ahead with smart energy storage and flexibility

The future of renewable energy requires flexibility. The amount of sun and wind is difficult to predict. At the same time, electricity demand is growing strongly towards 2050. That combination makes energy storage and flexibility indispensable in any renewable project. We advise you on the expansion of a battery storage system, including permit applications, environmental and fire safety studies, technical design, grid connection, and process optimisation. We also have the right experts for making your assets more flexible and designing a high-performance architecture for Power & Energy Management Systems, including Behind-the-Meter and Front-of-Meter solutions.

Develop your solar farm or wind project with maximum impact: from feasibility study, permits, and design to energy provision.
