BREEAM Water
BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is the tool for integrally measuring and assessing the sustainability of new buildings, existing buildings, areas and demolition projects.
During a BREEAM Water study, our experts provide support to project developers to limit the discharge of wastewater and rainwater into sewers and watercourses in construction projects. This minimises the risks of flooding with the result that the project has no adverse impact on the environment.
We analyse the design plans of the planned project, make calculations based on paved surfaces, the volume of rainwater pits, reuse, infiltration facilities, and advise the project developer on how to achieve a high BREEAM score.
